We scooped the Overall Winner Award at Retail Systems 2016!

Retail Systems Awards recognises the best of the best in retail innovation. Celebrating those who carve the way for digital transformation and provide new cutting edge retail technology.

We picked up technology project of the year AND overall winner for our work with Virgin Media using Ocasta – our employee retail audits, observations and knowledge tools.

We are very proud of these awards. Ocasta is a suite of apps that allows stores, team members and managers alike to stay on top of their game with key metrics. This helps our employees maintain exceptional customer service standards by reducing wait times for customers, increasing flow through time efficiency in store, as well as management's ability to keep an eye on all aspects of day-to-day operations.

Used in 150 Virgin Media stores for 1,200 employees, we have revolutionised their brick and mortar estates, providing staff with the tools they need to deliver the best customer service possible, speeding up day to day operations, and understanding the company’s fast-changing products and services.

They saw a need for efficiency and innovation in their stores. With the help of our latest technology, they were able to meet these needs by transforming their brick-and-mortar estates with mobile devices that allow staff easy access to customer information. This has allowed them to speed up day-to-day operations while better understanding what products or services are needed most by customers.

Great work from everyone at Virgin Media and the team at Ocasta HQ!
