Oplift and Virgin Media are crowned winners at the 2017 Engage Awards!

Oplift and Virgin Media have been crowned winners of ‘Best use of technology’ and highly recommended for ‘Best use of training’ in employee engagement at the 2017 Engage Awards. The awards, held at the Westminster Park Plaza Hotel, showcase organisational excellence in employee engagement.

The ‘Best use of technology in employee engagement’ award was given to the organisation that could best demonstrate how technology has been vital in making advances in the field of employee engagement. The technology used must be measurable, sustainable and have contributed significantly to the performance and profitability of the organisation. This was not an easy win as we were up against incredibly tough competition.
