  • Review Pro is paid either by credit card, direct debit or annual invoice.

    Review Enterprise is paid annually via invoice.

  • You pay for employees in your business who will be performing the store visits, audits or observations.

    Light users are included free of charge, and are able to be observed and have tasks assigned, but will need to be upgraded to paid accounts to complete any reports.

    There is no limit to the amount of stores or sites you have.

  • We offer free trials in the form of a 60-day pilot.

  • Support

    Pro - email, live chat and support centre.

    Enterprise - email, phone, live chat support, support centre, monthly check-ins with customer success, custom SLAs and Terms of Use.
