Reassign in progress Reviews

Users with the Review Manage permission (i.e. admin access) can now reassign in progress Reviews to a new owner. This ensures that Reviews remain on track and don’t get delayed if the original reviewer is unavailable when completing a bigger Review, like a store audit.

When’s it useful

Reassigning Review’s works well for bigger Reviews, like store audits, that are less likely to be completed in one session.

This means if the original Reviewer is unavailable, due to illness, vacation, or other unforeseen circumstances, the team can contact you to reassign the in progress Review to them.

How to do it

  1. Navigate to the Analytics page on the web and locate the In Progress report in the Current Activity section.

  2. Select the Review to be reassigned and click Reassign Review in the detailed view.

  3. Search for the new owner and confirm the reassignment.

The Review Manage permission is needed to use this mode.

You can reassign Reviews to users within the same location or across the organisation, depending on your Roam permission.
