All your tasks in one place with new tasks page

As we continue to add more task functionality, tasks now have their own dedicated section on the apps and the web.

Our new dedicated tasks page for a clearer overview allows you to;

View the tasks you've created

For the first time, you can now find all the tasks you've created, so you can follow up on those that are overdue or confirm those that have been done.

Less accidental closes

To reduce accidental closures, we've removed the ability to quickly close a task without looking at the full details.

See the tasks assigned by location

Assigned by Location gives you a snapshot of all the tasks open or completed for each location.

See all tasks you’ve created

Previously, you could only see tasks assigned to you. Now, you can view every task you’ve created.

This lets you track their status, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion—giving you control over your tasks from start to finish.

It’s a simple, effective way to follow up on everything you initiate.
