Smarter task assignment

Now, when you assign a task, we'll prioritise the most relevant individuals at the top of your list. That means less time searching.

Tasks now include the reviewer first, followed by the individual the review is about for employee observations.

This ensures you can quickly and easily assign tasks, improving efficiency and reducing the time spent on administrative tasks. By prioritising relevant individuals and organising tasks in a logical order, we make task assignment simpler and more intuitive, allowing you to focus on what matters most—driving performance in your retail store.

Why is it good?

  • Efficiency - Quickly find the right person for the task without scrolling or searching.

  • Time-saving - Speeds up the task assignment process, allowing you to focus on more important activities.

  • Accuracy - Ensures the most relevant individuals are prioritised for the tasks.

How to use it

  1. Select the assigned task in your Review report.

  2. Select employee  - The reviewer is listed first, followed by the employee being reviewed, making it easy to choose.

  3. Assign task - Quickly assign the task to the most suitable individual.

Examples:

  • Location Reviews - When you’re carrying out a store audit in a London-based store and you need the signs updated. Only London-based employees will be shown to you when assigning a task for that area.

  • Employee Reviews - You’re carrying out an employee observation on Harry, your stockroom assistant. You want to assign him a task, simply tap the Task and you can find him straight away..

With smarter task assignments, task delegation is easy, making your workflow more efficient and productive.
